Therapy Contract
The Work
Sessions are held online or in person for 50 or 60 minutes. I strongly encourage a minimum of 12 sessions to give a shape to the therapeutic process, after this we can work either open-ended or for an agreed period time.
Sessions are held weekly, unless otherwise agreed. Reviews can always be held to gauge the progress of the work.
Cancellation
In the event of you needing to cancel the session, I ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule the appointment, otherwise the full session fee is payable. If no notice of cancellation is given, the full session fee is requested.
If I am unable to offer our agreed session I will endeavor to give you at least 24 hours notice, with the option of rescheduling. I will let you know at least a week before any absence due to holidays.
Financial Information
Sessions are £70 / Є80 and are payable monthly after invoice has been emailed to you. Payment can be made to a UK based account, a EU Iban, or Paypal if outside these zones
Ending of Therapy
Therapy sessions can be terminated by you at any time. I always advise you to have an ending session. This gives us the opportunity to recognise the completion of the work.
In the event that I feel your needs are beyond the limits of my competence, I will inform you and the work will end. I will always refer you to an individual or provider – where your needs could be better served.
